Barrett's Esophagus

Barrett's esophagus is a condition that affects the lining of the esophagus and usually occurs in people with significant acid reflux (GERD). Barrett's esophagus is best diagnosed by endoscopy, a non-surgical procedure requiring only moderate sedation.
